GR POWER CHILE SPA will process the USER’s personal data for the following purposes:

Conservation periods

  • Job applications: until the end of the selection process and for a maximum of 12 months.
  • Contact enquiries: as long as the enquiry is handled and the statutory limitation period.
  • Contractual relations: for the duration of the contract and as long as necessary to address potential legal liabilities.
  • Commercial communications: until the USER objects or revokes his/her consent.
  • Statistical data: processed in aggregate form and kept for the time necessary for the purposes described.

Rights of the USER

The USER may exercise the following rights:

Responsibility of the USER

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date. The USER shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or harm caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

If you provide data of third parties, you declare that you have the necessary consent and will inform such third parties of the content of this policy.

Anti-Spam Policy

GRENERGY does not wish to send unsolicited communications. If you have received unsolicited commercial information, you may write to us to request to be removed from our lists and placed on our do not contact list, thereby ensuring that you will not be contacted again.
